"Welcome to the chapter page of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. at Mississippi State University. Theta Iota has served the Starkville community for 43 years. I am honored to be the next president. As president first and foremost I encourage you to glance into the world of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity INC. at Mississippi State University because our cause speeds". 

Brother LaDarius Beason is entering his fourth and final year at Mississippi State University. Brother Beason is a Civil Engineering major and plans to work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers upon graduation from MSU. STEM is a nonprofit organization that grows future innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs through inspiration, engagement, and exposure in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Brother Beason is the nine from Spr 18 and while being in the chapter, he has held the 1st Vice president position. He hopes to bring more effective communication, organization, and camaraderie to the chapter while holding the president position.
